Storefront Terms for shoppers

These terms are provided for our launch period and are still under legal review. They are not legal advice.
1. Who you are buying from
A store "powered by AmarPilot" is owned and run by an independent seller (the "Seller"), not by AmarPilot. AmarPilot provides the technology the Seller uses to show products and take orders. The Seller is the merchant of record — your purchase contract is with the Seller, not with AmarPilot.
2. AmarPilot's role
AmarPilot is a platform. We are not the seller of the goods, not a courier, and not a payment processor for your order. We do not set prices, hold stock, ship orders, or handle returns. Questions about a product, your order, delivery, payment, returns, or refunds go to the Seller.
3. Orders & cash on delivery
Placing an order is an offer to buy from the Seller; the Seller confirms and fulfils it. Many stores use cash on delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Prices, availability, delivery times, and any delivery charge are set by the Seller and shown at checkout.
4. Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow the Seller's policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Contact the Seller to request one. AmarPilot does not process refunds for storefront orders.
5. Your information
To place an order you provide details such as your name, phone, address, and order notes. The Seller controls and uses this information to fulfil and follow up on your order; AmarPilot processes it on the Seller's behalf to run the store. 6. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmarPilot is not liable for the goods, the Seller's acts or omissions, delivery, or any dispute between you and the Seller. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law against the Seller.
7. Report a store or product
If a store or product on AmarPilot looks like a scam, sells illegal goods, infringes someone's rights, or otherwise breaks our rules, tell us through the home page with enough detail to identify it. We review reports and may remove content or suspend the Seller. This does not replace contacting the Seller about an order, or the police where a crime may have occurred.
8. Contact
